SHOPPING SCHEDULE:

PRESALE: Wednesday, Dec 4: Must Have a Pass. See below for a full description of all the ways to shop early. Consignors and Workers Shop first, then our new "Super Sharers", Super Pass holders ($5), First Time Parents, Health Care Workers and Teachers.  Or anyone can get a presale pass by just going to Facebook for the password at 8pm.

Thursday, Dec 5: Sale starts at 10am

Friday, Dec 6: Open

Saturday, Dec 7: Closes at 8pm

HALF OFF SALE ON SUNDAY AND MONDAY: Many Items are 1/2 Off and reduced prices will be reflected online.

Sunday, Dec 8: 10am: Consignors Shop, 12pm Public Shop

Monday, Dec 9: Open

DROP OFF AND PICK UP SCHEDULE:

SOLD ITEMS DROP OFF: Thursday, Dec 12: 4-8pm & Friday, Dec 13: 12-8pm. Consignors Drop Off ONLY items that have sold.

Alternate Drop Off on Thursday, Dec 12 at Clackamette Park in Oregon City from 11am-3pm.  1955 Clakamette Dr, across from Oregon City Shopping Center on 205. 

PICK UP SOLD ITEMS:  Saturday, Dec 14: 10am-4pm. Shoppers come pick up items that they have purchased from the Garden Center Door at Kmart.

CONSIGNOR IMPORTANT INFO AND DATES:

CONSIGNOR INVENTORY DEADLINE: Enter items before Monday, Dec 2 at 7am to be guaranteed into the presale. 

All inventory must be entered and marked "Ready for Online Sale" by this time.

YOU CAN KEEP ENTERING ITEMS UNTIL DEC 6 to be included in nightly RESTOCK uploads.  

Consignors will earn 70% if you have a "perfect" inspection.  This means you bring ALL sold items and have zero rejected items by shoppers at pickup.  Otherwise it is 65%.

You will have opportunity to earn an extra 5% for sharing the posts and help spread the word about the sale. 

SHOPPER THINGS TO KNOW: 

We will have everything that an in person sale has....clothing, shoes, books, games, puzzles, crafts, sports, bikes, toys, electronics, feeding, bedding, bath, decor, parent items and junior and adult clothing too!

We use the Shopify platform for online shopping.  You can shop by using the category menus at the top or you can search specifically for what you are looking for.  As the sale goes one, you might want to filter by "availability" so that you don't have to see the sold items. 

We will add more items every morning.

First to pay, wins!  Items can be in more than one cart. You can add as many things to your cart as you want, but they are not yours until you pay.  So if there is a item you really want, but sure to buy that item first to guarantee it is yours.  Then go back and shop for more! First person to check out with the item, gets the item.  

You can use debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amx, ShopPay & GooglePay.

You will enter your email address during checkout so you can receive your receipt and order confirmation.  You will bring/show this receipt with you to pick up your items, so make sure it is accessible. You can also set up a Shop account account with Shopify so you can make checkout faster the next time.  It will ask you for your phone number as part of their verification process.

All of your items will be all together when you pick up, even if you made several purchases.  They will all be associated with your Buyer Account.  If you have multiple orders, you must use the same email address when checking out to confirm they will be bundled together at pick-ups. 

When you arrive, please hand us a list of your orders. Your order numbers consist of the first 4 letters of the email you used and your order number. So for example, my orders (susan@superkidsresale.com) would look like:

SUSA-0234, SUSA-1352, SUSA-2345

You should receive an email after making a purchase. You will find the order # in that order confirmation email. If you can't find it, don't worry, we can look it up.

All items that are sold and dropped off will go through an inspection process.  If we deem something not acceptable, then it will not be there for you at pickup.  We will refund you the money.  We hope this is not the case for anyone. 

When you pick up your items, you will be given a chance to inspect your items. Our policy is "all sales final" unless one of the following:

1. Your item is stained or has a hole (and was not disclosed in the description or photo).

2. Your items is damaged or not working.

3. Your item was clearly mis-represented in the item info area available to shoppers. 

Consult one of our workers if one of these 3 things applies.  Once you leave the premises, all sales are final. 

Just pick up anytime between 10am and 6pm on .  Anything not picked up by 4pm on Dec 14 will be donated unless you arrange something else with Susan.
